Dylan made a huge difference to our coaching development at Leichhardt Wanderers Netball Club! He delivered 6 monthly education sessions that had everyone engaged from the first week. He also worked directly with individual teams to get them match-ready and in the right mindset. Dylan gets people excited about improving their skills. He connects with experienced coaches and newcomers equally, challenging them to think bigger while building their confidence. Working with him has been the best investment we’ve made. You are a very inspiring role model. There were a number of boys asking how to continue playing which is a great outcome. We just need to chat with our association about how to accommodate the boys after the age of 12.
